In this section
you will find our terms of service, information regarding our
regulator, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and our IDD
(initial disclosure document).
Bower Mortgage Company Ltd is a whole market, fee-charging mortgage broking
company whose fully qualified staff give specific mortgage advice. A administration
fee of £95 payable at the outset and a fee of up to 2% of the mortgage loan on
completion. For example, if your mortgage advance is £50,000, our fee will normally
be £1000 payable on completion of the mortgage. We will also be paid commission
from the chosen lender.
Bower Mortgage Company Ltd does not handle cash. We will forward documents to you as soon as we receive them.
Documents relating to a series of transactions will normally be held until all transactions have been completed and then forwarded onto you.
If you have no credit restrictions, we will search the whole market to find the best
rates for your circumstances and requirements.
Even if you consider your access to credit restricted, because we are a whole
market broker, Bower Mortgage Company can regularly obtain mortgages for
clients at an overall cost for comparison of 6.8% APR. The actual rate available
will depend upon your circumstances. Ask for a personalised illustration.
